Paver restoration

Paver and driveway sealing, done as a full restoration

Faded, stained pavers with weeds in the joints are fixable. Our service is a full clean, seal and maintain restoration for driveways, patios, pool decks and walkways, not a quick rinse.

Before and after: faded, stained brick pavers restored with a clean, sealed finish with fresh joints

Clean, seal, maintain

A complete restoration, unlike a generic pressure washer that only rinses the surface.

Color comes back

Removing built-up grime and sealing brings out the paver's color and gives it a finished look.

Stable joints

We re-sand and stabilize joints where needed to help keep pavers locked in place.

For many surfaces

Driveways, patios, pool decks and walkways all get the treatment they need.

What a full restoration includes

Sealing is the last step, not the first. A good result depends on what happens before it. We clean the pavers thoroughly, address stains, re-sand the joints and stabilize them where needed, and then apply the sealer once everything is dry.

  • Deep cleaning to remove dirt, algae, mildew and grime
  • Joint re-sanding and stabilization where needed
  • Sealer applied evenly across the surface
  • Care guidance so you can maintain the result

Why pavers need attention in South Florida

Sun, summer downpours, humidity and salt air are hard on pavers. Color fades, algae and mildew grow in shaded spots, oil drips stain driveways, and joint sand washes out, which lets weeds sprout and pavers shift.

You may also see efflorescence, a white, chalky film that appears when minerals in the concrete rise to the surface with moisture. It is common, and part of our job is to assess it and clean it properly before any sealer goes on.

Sealer choices and finish

Sealers come in different finishes, from natural-looking to richer, wet-look styles. We will explain the options and recommend what suits your pavers and how you use the area. Pool decks and driveways have different needs, and we will talk through them.

Joint work deserves a word of its own. Polymeric or stabilizing sand in the joints helps hold pavers in place, slows weed growth and keeps water from washing the sand away. Where joints are low or empty, we will point it out and include it in your estimate rather than seal over a problem.

Sealing also makes future cleanup easier. Our guide to caring for sealed pavers explains how to keep them looking good between visits.

What to expect from the estimate

We walk the area with you and look at the things that decide the outcome: the type and age of the pavers, existing stains, how well water drains, whether any pavers have settled, and how much sun and shade the area gets. You get a plain-English explanation of what we recommend and why.

If we see a problem that sealing cannot fix, such as pavers that have sunk or a drainage issue, we will say so. You should know what a sealed surface will and will not do before you decide. We reply within 1 business day, so reach out when you are ready.

Pair it with other services

Many customers combine paver work with pressure cleaning on walls and fences or a roof wash. If your pool deck is concrete rather than pavers, look at our patio and pool deck coatings. We serve Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach and nearby cities.

FAQ

Paver & Driveway Sealing FAQs

How much does paver sealing cost?

Price depends on the area, the paver condition, how much joint work is needed, and the sealer. We give you a written price after seeing your pavers during the free estimate.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the area and conditions. Pavers need to dry before sealing, so weather matters. We will give you a schedule with your estimate.

What should I do before you arrive?

Move vehicles, furniture and planters off the area. We will explain anything else, such as sprinkler timing.

How long does the sealer last?

It varies with the product, sun exposure and traffic. We will explain what to expect and how to maintain it during your estimate.

Will sealing make pavers slippery?

Some finishes can be slicker when wet. For pool decks and walkways, we will discuss options and recommend an appropriate finish.

Do you offer a warranty?

We will explain what is covered and for how long in writing during your estimate.

Do I need a permit or HOA approval?

Sealing usually does not need a permit, but some HOAs have rules about finish or color. Check with your community, and contact us if you want help.
