Commercial floor coatings

Commercial epoxy floors built for daily traffic

Bare concrete stains, dusts and wears down fast in a working building. We coat floors for businesses across Palm Beach and Broward counties so they stay cleaner, brighter and easier to maintain.

Seamless and cleanable

No grout lines or open pores to trap dirt, which makes routine cleaning simpler.

Bright, professional look

A finished floor lifts the look of a showroom, lobby, office or shop floor.

Less dust

Sealing the concrete helps cut down the fine dust that bare slabs shed under traffic.

Planned around your hours

We talk through scheduling at the estimate so work can fit around how your business operates.

Where commercial epoxy makes sense

Epoxy is a practical choice anywhere concrete takes a beating or needs to look clean. We coat floors in a range of commercial spaces, and the right system depends on how the space is used.

  • Auto and repair shops
  • Retail stores and showrooms
  • Warehouses and storage areas
  • Offices and lobbies
  • Restaurant back-of-house, prep and storage areas
  • Gyms, studios and workshops

Matching the system to the space

A showroom needs a polished look. A warehouse needs a floor that handles rolling loads. A restaurant back-of-house area needs a surface that is easy to wash down. We will ask about foot traffic, equipment, chemicals, spills and how the space is cleaned, then recommend a system that fits.

Coatings come in a variety of finishes and colors, including stone-look options. Ask to see samples at your estimate so you can compare them in your own lighting rather than guess from a brochure.

Prep, moisture and scheduling

As with any epoxy job, preparation decides how well it holds. We grind the surface, repair cracks and joints, and look closely at the slab's condition. Florida's humidity and ground moisture can affect concrete, so we discuss what we see before we recommend a coating.

Downtime matters to a business. During the estimate, we will go over the sequence of work, which areas need to be cleared and what we can do to limit disruption. Then we give you a schedule in writing.

Serving property managers and owners

Whether you own the building or manage it for someone else, we provide a clear written estimate you can share with stakeholders. We serve Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and nearby cities. If you also need outdoor work, see our pressure cleaning and patio and pool deck coatings. Browse the gallery for examples of our finishes.

We agree on the sequence of work and which areas to clear, with the goal of limiting disruption to your operations.

  3. Prep and application

We grind and repair the concrete, then apply the coating system we selected together.

  4. Final walkthrough

We inspect the work with you and explain when the floor can return to service and how to maintain it.

FAQ

Commercial Epoxy Flooring FAQs

How much does commercial epoxy flooring cost?

Pricing depends on square footage, the slab's condition, repairs, and the system you need. We provide a free written estimate after seeing the space.

How long will we be out of the space?

It depends on the size of the area, the system and how it is used afterward. We will give you a schedule with your estimate and discuss ways to phase the work.

What do we need to do beforehand?

Clear the floor of inventory, equipment and furnishings in the work area. We will explain exactly what is needed once we have seen the space.

How durable is it, and how do we maintain it?

Durability depends on the system, the traffic and how well the floor was prepared. Routine sweeping and washing with a suitable cleaner is usually enough. We will give you care guidance at the walkthrough.

Is it slip resistant?

Slip resistance can be built into many systems. If your space has wet areas or spills, tell us so we can recommend an appropriate finish.

Do you offer a warranty?

We will explain what is covered and for how long in writing at your estimate.

Do we need permits or landlord approval?

Requirements vary by building and city. If you lease, check with your landlord. We can confirm what we would need during the estimate, and you can always contact us first.
